The solution has been designed for a company who operates a container transportation business either having their own fleet, or by outsourcing to various transport vendors.
Every trailer is treated as a cost center and revenue and costs associated are accounted against these vehicles. The system allows detailed profiling of the vehicles and drivers and manages the booking and allocation of the fleet to the operations.
The module allows booking, planning and invoicing of the operations activity. The solution is well integrate with the freight forwarding module of JBM. The invoicing process can be done either periodically or for every booking.
The cost of fuel, repairs and other expenses are recorded against a the cost center of vehicle, and system allows to generate P&L report per vehicle.
